Membership/Fundraising Goal: Our overall goal for fundraising is $25,000 for the year, and here are 3 ways we can raise money!

Friends and Family (F&F) Campaign:  We will be asking the students to gather their list of email and physical addresses to send emails/letters in early November to raise money from Friends and Family!

Also, students can share this link now: https://www.southlakeschorus.org/friends

And THANK YOU to Wendy Hahn for stepping up to help facilitate this effort!

Urgent Need for Parent Volunteers:

  • Corporate Sponsors: Do you work for, own or know of local or other businesses who may be interested in supporting the PCA? Share this Corporate Sponsors link with them, or reach out to Juliana Carter.
  • Membership Chair: Are you interested in learning more about the role to lead our Membership and fundraising efforts for next year?

If you have any questions or are able to further help with our membership/fundraising campaign, please email Juliana Carter at jcarter@southlakeschorus.org

Gown Alterations

We let our students pick up their gowns after the concert last week so that they can get necessary alterations done to their gowns well before the next concert on 12/18.  Therefore,

  • If you have not made payment yet, please do so through MySchoolBucks ASAP.
  • Those students who have not picked up their gowns should do so ASAP.

ALTERATIONS: Students must arrange/pay for alterations themselves.  A list of approved Alterations Services & Specific Instructions is provided with the gowns.  The cost of alterations is around $25 -$50.

Please contact Mitsuyo Sprague at mosprague@fcps.edu if you have any questions.
