PCA Friends & Family Campaign: Action Steps

Thank you for your generous support of the PCA Membership and Friends and Family campaign so far.  We are very close to our end goal of $10,000 (mainly due to PCA memberships.)

Therefore, we would like to wrap up our active campaign by the end of November/December! Please help us meet our goal by taking several steps listed below:

Friends and Family:

We had asked each student to gather at least 5 names and addresses of friends and family who might be supportive with giving charitably and to bring them to the class.

And last week, the students addressed the envelopes, signed the pre-printed letters, and prepared them for mail or delivery.

Also, the students can (a) download, print and stuff  Friends and Family Letter at home or (b) email the letter out to other friends and family as well.

Giving Tuesday:

The Tuesday after Thanksgiving, which is tomorrow, is known as “Giving Tuesday,” and we are making our last push for PCA Memberships to be made by then.

If you are still considering donating, we would love to have you make your gift on or before Tuesday, November 27.

Of course, we will take donations at any time, but our active asking will cease this month!  Link to PCA Membership: Join the PCA

Corporate Matching:

If your company does corporate matching, please ask for the PCA, a 501c3 corporation to benefit.  Your company will have the paperwork, and our Tax ID # is 26-3487105.

If you have any questions, please contact:

URGENT: All required forms are Due Immediately

We have sent email notifications to those students and their parents who are still missing forms.  Please take action TODAY, if you have not done so.

It is required by FCPS that all of these forms come in immediately in order for the student to participate in the choral program.  However, we still do not have forms from every student.

That’s why we have been posting in the Notations every week and sending many emails out about missing forms.  But it’s almost December.  So, please take this seriously if you have not turned in all forms to date.

All forms are available at: https://www.southlakeschorus.org/south-lakes-choral-program/forms/, and a link to each missing form is included in those emails. Additionally, we have made hard copy of the forms available in the Chorus office for those who cannot print at home.

If you have any questions, please email Mitsuyo Sprague at msprague61@outlook.com.
