Congratulations & Bravo!
Bravissimo to the 30 chorus students who were selected back in November, by audition, to participate in District Chorus at Oakton HS this past weekend. This is a huge honor for both our students and our choral department! It is also an extremely enriching, ‘once in a lifetime’ musical experience. Congratulations to Amy Shomberg & William Meinert on being selected from District 12 Chorus to move on to All State Chorus this upcoming April. Only the top 4 s! coring 11th and 12th grade women in each section and top 2 scoring 11th & 12th grade men in each section have an opportunity to move on to this extraordinarily elite choir. Amy & Will competed against the best in the District to achieve this honor. BRAVO!
